As a new model we have developed the TRIO. The advantages of the flat shape and the rounded head are now combined into one model; the stability of the flat shape and the invisibility of the rounded head. The three rounded feet are hardly noticed and the rounding make the flooding into a smooth surface very easy also with more stiff concrete

Concrete spacer with Mostek

With this spacer the stich end is clipped to the end reinforcement of wall and floor elements.
This gives the following advantages:
 + less pressure on the box
 + applicable with isolation material
 + better distribution of the reinforcement 

 
 

MoNoClip

A patented innovation from Molenaar Betonindustrie: the spacer for self-compacting concrete (SCC).
While the SCC is dipped, the MoNoClip® is lifted bij its unique andtrumpet shape and round point at the shuttering end.

A thin skin of concrete can then flow under the spacer so that the MoNoClip® is completely surrounded and enclosed.

Your element acquires a perfectly flat surface containing the high-quality spacers and this enables you to produce your concrete
elements to a special high standard.

Concrete spacers without wire with hollow square model

Concrete spacers can be produced on request having various compositions. Also additives can be used like Hoogoven concrete, color.

Spacers not suitable for sightwork
These spacer are made of concrete or synthetic material
  

 
Bearer without wire 100x 100 mm

For use on isolation decks, isolation shuttering, foam concrete, foil, sand etc.
The bearers are delivered in big bags with 4 straps for lifting.
Users advice: 3-4 pieces per m2 
 

Concrete bearer blocks

Concrete bearer blocks are distance holders for heavy material that are placed on the working floor in shifting rows. They can be made in various compositions and with various additives. They are either 225 mm or 300 mm
 

Deepwall wheels

Deepwall wheels are used to set the cover during the placing of the steel reinforcement and to make the weight of the reinforcement as high as possible. During welding or constructing of the reinforcement the rings are attached to the main reinforcement.

 

 

Deepwall blocks

Deepwall blocks are used  to obtain the right cover when placing the reinforcement. To make transport easier these blocks can be attached when the reinforcement is placed. This makes them lighter when transporting them to the construction site. 

 

 

Dyke

Synthetic material for use on non-solid ground (like a tunnel or floor shuttering). To be placed diagonally and shifting.
Standard length 2,00 meter
(recommended length to use: 500mm)

 

Zealand bridge

Synthetic material for use on solid ground (like a tunnel or floor shuttering). To be placed diagonally and shifting.
Standard length 2,00 meter
