Crucifix block for use with tunnel shuttering

		Crucifix blocks are used constructing continuous wall and floor constructions. With crucifix blocks it is easier to construct fixing, start earlier with setting the walls and it's easier to level out floors. Following variations can be acquired :

Accessory model "A"

		For fixating the fixing at the right place Accessory 'A', is an easy to use stone, since its possible to set it at the right position using the slot in the center. A threaded wire that is fixed in an earlier phase of construction is used to attach the stone. Model A, is also available without the slot. Specified wall size minus 2mm will be delivered.

Fixing anchor

		For fine-adjusting the wall or fixing is the fixing anchor a work reducing system. When the floor is poured the anchor is attached where the wall will be. After the floor has set threaded wire and caps or concrete cones are installed. The length of the threaded wire should equal wall size minus 5mm. Fixing anchors are also available with fixing cones used for sight concrete. In that case the Length of the threaded wire will be: wall size minus 90mm. Available for every wall thickness.

 

Tie rod feed-through + accessories

		Plastic cones for all formwork These plastic cones are also available with nut + crank as fixing aid. When a plastic cone is fitted around the tie rod, the hole thus created is easy to fill later with a prefabricated concrete cone of our own manufacture. Advantages - can be used more than once (Also available hole ø 21,5 mm) - simplifies the working method - considerable labour-saving - Also suitable for MoStopper waterproof work Standard hole ø 26 mm

 

Concrete cones for cast in situ walls

		The holes caused when using a synthetic cone around the centrepencil can easily be filled with a prefab concrete cone fabricated by us.  Advantages: + maximal sealing + minimal sound leakage (test rapport available on request) + Simplified usage + saves a lot of labour + Fireproof. Now also available in waterproof model. See Novelties.

MoStopper

		The MoStopper concrete cone is suitable for applications in construction gaps, for which the con-crete construction must be waterproof. The conical hole created for the plastic cone is easy to fill with a prefabricated concrete cone of our manufacture. The MoStopper concrete cone is simple to secure in the hole with our MoVast cement adhesive; in this way it is easy to achieve a waterproof seal. The MoStopper has already been successfully employed in a variety of building works. The MoStopper offers you the following advantages: - Liquid proof - Simplifies the working method - Labour-saving - Fire resistant

MoBikon

		The conical hole created for the plastic cone is very simple to fill with a prefabricated MoBiKon sup-plied by us. The MoBiKon is thrust into the hole, which results in the cone remaining extended by approximately 1 or 2 cm at the front of the hole. Thereafter, the extended part of the cone is easy to break off with a hammer/sledge hammer until it is level with the wall. The pressure of the sur-rounding concrete will cause the cement matrix on the outside of the cone to collapse and the cork-particles to be compressed. In this way the permanent spring pressure of the cork will result in a permanent clamping wheel. The MoBiKon can be supplied in two sizes, so that in some cases the cone will protrude from the rear of the wall. The protruding part can, if necessary, be simply broken off a hammer/sledge hammer. The MoBiKon is already being used with great success in a variety of building projects. Cone removal device

		When using synthetic cones the cone removal device is a tool for removing the cones. Witch is a well recommended aid. It spreads the force of removing the cone so that its lifespan is lengthened considerably.

MoVast Cementglue

		The new adhesive is intended to be used for building applications in which the concrete construction may or may not need to be waterproof. The conical hole created for the plastic cone is easy to fill with a prefabricated concrete cone of our own manufacture. The concrete cone is simply secured in the hole with our MoVast Cementglue, resulting in well-finished seal. MoVast Cementglue offers you the following advantages: - Liquid proof (in combination with MoStopper) - Simplifies the working method - Labour-saving - Fire resistant - The same simple system can be used throughout the construction period - Adhesive and seal in one - Frost resistant - Grey colour - A technically sound product for use in approved Working Conditions Use: with 1 bucket approximately 12 trays (= 288 cones) can be glued

Concrete cones MBK

		Synthetic (SK) or re-usable (MKK) cones. To apply the MBK system to its full extent steel, synthetic or fiberconcrete tubes are recommended. After the concrete has properly set and the cones are removed the holes can be glued shut using MBK cones and a two part adhesive Extra elastic stops at high water pressure starting at 25 mm.

Concrete cone with threaded insert

			The concrete cone with screwed bush is intended to be used to control the spacing of the formwork. The concrete cone is a lost part, the thickness of the wall to be poured, minus 2 times the x-dimension is the length of the lost tie rod to be used.
