How it works
VOLCLAY® Rx consists of 75% natural Natriumbentonite and 25% butylrubber.
On contact with water VOLCLAY® Rx wil expand and transform into an compact, plastic and perfectly waterproof clay paste and prevent water seeping through.
This plastic character is the most extraordinary property of VOLCLAY® Rx.
The sealing is not limited to the swelling pressure. because of VOLCLAY®RX 's plastic deformation VOLCLAY®RX can fill and permanently seal cracks, irregularities and bad pouring concrete parts contacting the joints.

An original, practical and economic water proofing system for underground constructions and buildings. The VOLCLAY® system stands out from traditional sealings by its easy installment.
VOLCLAY® Panels can easily be nailed to the outer face of the concrete construction without having to be glued or welded.
Compared to traditional sealing systems considerable savings in installment time can be realized.
How it works
The active component of the VOLCLAY® system is natural Natriumbentonite, the most performing form of betonite.
VOLCLAY® granulate sealed in the hollow spaces of a biologically degradable corrugated cardboard.
In that way naturally pure Natriumbentonite, not polluted by glues or obstructed by additives can be applied to the construction in an uniform thickness.on contact with groundwater VOLCLAY® granulate wil swell up to 15 times its original volume.
Under pressure of the concrete slab or compressed filling ground a very dense and waterproof claypaste that perfectly adheres to the surface.
The plastic character of this clay layer and the remaining swelling power of the natural Natriumbentonite make it possible to compensate and seal the possible setting and movement up to 2 mm

Principle
The Dexstop injection hose is placed inside the shrump and around joining, to inject them in case of leakage. This can be done with several kinds of resin witch can be aggravated depending on each project.
Construction
The channel is constructed as follows:
1. Steel spiral with an inner diameter of 6 mm.
2. Filtering casing of acrylic fiber; total outer diameter of 10 mm.
3. Each length can be equipped with connections start or finishing channels (white in and green out) with a length of 20 cm.

To prevent having to inject everything on occasional leakage a maximal hose length of 5 meter is recommended (depending on injection fluid)

In case of leakage the hose can easily be compressed with Pur 71x, this material expands on contact with water.
