Concrete Spacers.

Currently Molenaar Betonindustrie is a dynamic company operating both in the national and international business. By continuous product development the wishes and demands of the customers can be taken into account in a flexible way. All our concrete spacers can be made according to the prescriptions of various environmental and strength categories. Our internal quality department can supply specific certificates when needed.

The concrete spacers are marketed into the market segments house construction, road and water construction, utility building, tress companies and the wholesale trade both national and international. A large number of concrete spacers was supplied for the construction of the Zeelandbrug, the Heinenoordtunnel, the Oosterscheldekering, an oil scaffolding in Aruba and central market buildings on Curaçao. Currently Molenaar Betonindustrie supplies concrete distance keepers for the Westerscheldetunnel. When the customer orders his goods before 10:30h, they can be delivered the next day given that they are available in stock and the order is for delivery within the Netherlands. But also deliveries outside the Netherlands can be taken care of quickly and adequately.

Take, for example, the MoSwing®, another successful product development with which continue to underline our speciality. Even before we had finished our extensive tests the success of this cover spacer was an established fact.
What makes the MoSwing® so special? It is perfect for use with shuttering having a large surface area and heavy reinforcement. It is “invisible”! Put it in place before the reinforcement in an irregular pattern and after pouring there will be hardly anything to see. It can be applied both horizontally and vertically. Its shape and length result in a very stable situation being created, so that the correct  coverage is guaranteed. It is cost neutral. Tests show that the number per m2 is easy to determine. Our advice is 2 per m2.

Molenaar Concrete Industry has extended her assortment further. From now on we have available for you our new fluid proof concrete cone: the MoStopper. The MoStopper concrete cone is applied in construction works for which the concrete construction must be fluid proof. The conical hole present in the synthetic cone is simple to fill with our in-house prepared prefab concrete. The MoStopper concrete cone is being fixed into the hole with our concrete glue (5-30°); in this way a fluid proof closure is made. The MoStopper is already applied with success in a number of construction works.
